GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms of sale apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between the customers of the rongabutiik.ee/pood online store (hereinafter the Customer) and the rongabutiik.ee online store (hereinafter Rongabutiik OÜ).

When registering as a user of Rongabutiik OÜ and/or purchasing products, the terms and conditions of this agreement and the rights and obligations arising from the legislation of the Republic of Estonia apply.

Rongabutiik OÜ reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of sale and prices. These changes will be reflected on the rongabutiik.ee website.

ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE SALES AGREEMENT

Rongabutiik OÜ sells and the Customer purchases the products offered in the e-shop.

The sales contract between Rongabutiik OÜ and the Customer enters into force upon receipt of the amount due according to the order confirmation into Rongabutiik OÜ's bank account.

By placing an order and making payment, the Customer confirms that he or she has read the terms of sale and agrees to them.

PRICES

All prices in the www.rongabutiik.ee/pood online store are in euros and include 24% VAT.

Rongabutiik OÜ reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Client submitted their order before the price changes came into effect, the price that was reflected on the invoice at the time of placing the order will apply to them. The Client has no right to demand compensation for the price difference.

PLACEMENT OF AN ORDER AND PAYMENT FOR THE GOODS

To order from the Rongabutiigi online store, the selected products must be added to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button below the product.

To make a purchase and complete your order, you must open the shopping cart. You can find the shopping cart in the right corner of the page or here.

In the shopping cart, check the products, quantities and price. Select the delivery method and click “Proceed to checkout”. Fill in the required fields, check the entered data and select the appropriate payment method. Click “Place order” to finish.

After making the payment, click the “Return to merchant” button.

MAKSEVIISID

  • You can pay for your order securely using Estonian bank links and credit cards.
  • Payment takes place outside the e-store in the secure payment environment of the service provider Montonio Finance OÜ.
  • The seller does not have access to the customer's bank details and credit card information.
  • Payment is made in euros.

DELIVERY

After the sales contract enters into force, Rongabutiik OÜ completes the order and hands it over to logistics partners.

  • Unisend parcel machine: €1.99 - Your order will arrive at your chosen parcel terminal within 2-4 business days. You will be notified via SMS.
  • Smartpost parcel machine: €2.75 - Your order will arrive at your chosen parcel terminal within 2-4 business days. You will be notified via SMS.
  • Omniva parcel machine: €2.75 - The order will arrive at your chosen parcel machine within 2-4 business days. The SMS will include the parcel machine code, location and storage expiration date.
  • DPD Parcel terminal: €2.75 - The order will arrive at your chosen parcel terminal within 2-4 business days. The SMS will contain the door opening code and location.

RIGHT OF RETURN

According to § 56(1) of the Estonian Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

  • The returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
  • The customer bears the costs of returning the goods, unless the reason for the return is non-conformity with the order or defective goods.

To return, you must send an application to the e-mail address info@rongabutiik.ee . The money will be returned within 14 days of receiving the application.

CLAIMS PROCEDURE

The customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 years regarding a product that does not comply with the terms of the contract. Submit a complaint by e-mail to info@rongabutiik.ee.

Rongabutiik OÜ is not responsible for defects resulting from improper use of the product or natural wear and tear.

LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE

Rongabutiik OÜ is not liable for damages caused by circumstances that the company could not foresee or influence.

PRIVACY

By using the website www.rongabutiik.ee/pood , the customer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the privacy policy.

OTHER CONDITIONS

Disputes are first resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, customers have the right to turn to the Consumer Protection Board or court.
